This Service is a mail-in service which can be used to Deep Clean the internals of your PS5 Console - common issue that would require this service include Constant over heating and fans not spinning due to blockage.

The Cleaning Process
Once we Have received your console we will disassemble it to access the internals then we will clean these of dust and debris this includes fans, ports and the hard to reach places we then reassemble the console and ship it back to you.

Please note as this is a cleaning service no warranty is provided as no parts are replaced or repair attempts are made in this work.
What is covered by our repair warranty:
The Part installed by us is covered for any hardware defect/failure for the duration of stated warranty period.
This Does NOT Cover accidental damage, Physical damage, Liquid damage or software related issues.
Shipping Information
Once order is placed, if you chose to provide your own label then your order will be assigned a delivery location which will be emailed to you. When shipping your item to us please include your order number in the parcel this can be found on the order confirmation email and invoice when your order has been placed this is the only way we can identify your device and link to an order when received - failure to include your order number in the parcel may lead to processing delays or lost items. next pack your item and post it once received we will carry out the required work and ship back to the shipping address you provide.
